For our assessment on chat discussions, we used skype to complete our work. The assessment to me is good as i just got to know my team mate, Khairul first time in the class. From the discussions,i learned how to work with him and he's a great guy to work also while getting to know him. This will help us more in future to communicate better and work together.
In previous class, we learned about how to choose a title for our group. It helps a lot because at the beginning, this subject seems to be complicated but now look more clear. The lecturer gave us directions and clear examples to help us with our task. In short, we finally know what we're supposed to do and how to do it.

All students went to the library for a class on how to search information for our project. The librarian taught us how to use search engine,how to refer to books and journals. I find it very useful and makes completing tasks more convenient not only for this subject but others too. It'll be useful especially during final year project.

We learnt how to be specific with our topic back seeing the main picture first or general background,then narrowing it down. We also did an activity in the class. Each group find a picture and make a short description about it. We also learned how to write background of study for our topic.

We presented our group's background & problem statement and get feedback from each other and also from lecturer. We also learned about referencing and citations,how to write references and qoute people correctly. This was also the first time i heard about the APA.

Today we learned on how to do paraphrasing when taking a sentence from a source to avoid plagiarism. We did exercises to see how to change the vocabulary and sentence structure.

We saw three video clips and were asked to list out the similarities,differences and analysis on those clips. The outcome is so that we know how to do literature review on our articles.

We learned Chapter 3 on methodology. Before that we saw a clip & learn alittle bit about child with autism. Back to the lesson, we learned to identify many types of questions for questionnaire. For example open ended (free response, fill in relevant info) and close ended (multiple choice, rank, scale, categorical, numerical)

Today was the day of presentation. Each group presented their subject for study and submiting proposal as well. Most of us have different topics like smoking, fast food, healthy lifestyle, etc. This is great because we all can share new knowledge about each other's topic.

Today we learned on how to analyse data once we collected back our questionnaires. The lecturer taught us how to generate graph according to the information we obtained. From the graph also, we need to elaborate in four paragraphs to make people understand what is it about.

We learned how to write Chapter 5 which is conclusion. It is divided into four parts which is summarization of our study, the limitations in our study like what problems we faced in aspect of process or the study itslef, future recommendartions to future reseachers and finally concluding remarks.
